Marshall Chess is the son and nephew of the founders of Chess Records, the Chicago-based independent record label that first recorded an unprecedented list of African-American, blues and early rock and roll artists.

Marshall Chess performed at Vintage at Goodwood on the Soul Stage.  Blues & Soul's Pete Lewis managed to grab some time with the Big Man himself for an interview which you can read more in our Limited Edition magazine.
